Abstract

Al planificar y al erigir instalaciones de energía eólica, las influencias ópticas de estas instalaciones sobre el medio ambiente juegan un rol creciente para su autorización y su aceptación. Por ejemplo, si una instalación de energía eólica se encuentra ubicada cercana a una casa-habitación, bajo condiciones desfavorables de la posición respecto del sol, es posible que la instalación de energía eólica, o bien su rotor, queden entre el sol y la casa. Cuando el brillo solar no es influenciado por nubes, el giro del rotor arroja una sombra permanente (por golpes) sobre el terreno. La sombra proyectada por la instalación de energía eólica sobre el entorno vecino, es percibida muy frecuentemente por los pobladores como sumamente perturbadora. Aún en el caso de que la instalación de energía eólica satisfaga los requerimientos legales de autorización, no siempre queda garantizado que resulte suprimida la proyección indeseada de sombra. Es tarea del presente realizar una instalación de energía eólica mediante la cual se mejoren las disposiciones que regulan la proyección de sombras. Esto se realiza a través de un procedimiento para el funcionamiento de una instalación de energía eólica, en el que se captan una primera intensidad lumínica en un área de incidencia directa de luz, y una segunda intensidad lumínica en un área de sombra, y por el que se desconecta la instalación de energía eólica cuando la diferencia ente la primera intensidad lumínica y la segunda intensidad lumínica es mayor que un valor preestablecido.
