Abstract

"PROCESSO DE OPERAR UMA INSTALAçãO DE ENERGIA EóLICA, INSTALAçãO DE ENERGIA EóLICA, E, PARQUE EóLICO". No planejamento e montagem de instalações geradoras de energia elétrica eólica os prejuízos visuais a serem previstos da instalação de energia eólica sobre o meio ambiente vem desempenhando um papel crescentemente importante em termos de aprovação e aceitação. Se por exemplo uma instalação de energia eólica é posicionada na proximidade de um edifício residual, é possível em posições adversas do sol, que a instalação de energia eólica ou o rotor da mesma se interponha entre o sol e o edifício residencial. Se a luz solar não é afetada por nuvens o rotor a medida que gira continuamente projeta uma sombra do mesmo sobre o lote de terreno. A projeção de sombra causada pela instalação de energia eólica sobre a área adjacente do terreno é freq³entemente percebida pelos residentes como sendo um incómodo muito grande. Mesmo se a instalação de energia eólica satisfaz os requisitos em termos de exigências legais para permissão de planejamento, todavia nem sempre existe uma garantia que o efeito de sombra indesejável seja prevenido. O objetivo da presente invenção é proporcionar uma instalação de energia eólica por intermédio da qual os problemas de projeção de sombra são superados. Para este fim, a invenção proporciona um processo de operar uma instalação de energia eólica que é par paralisada em uma posição predeterminada do sol se a intensidade de luz está acima de um valor predeterminada ( intensidade de desligamento ).
