Abstract

La presente se refiere a (benzoimidazol-2-il)fenilaminas N-sustituidas y los medicamentos que contienen compuestos de este tipo que son útiles en la prevención o tratamiento de varios trastornos, Así, los compuestos pueden emplearse inter alia para trastornos renales tales como insuficiencia aguda o crónica del rinón, trastornos de la función biliar, trastornos respiratorios tales como ronquidos o apneas del sueno o para el ictus. Reivindicación 1: Un compuesto de fórmula (1) en la que: R1 y R4 son independientemente H, F, Cl, Br, alquilo de 1,2,3, o 4 átomos de C o alcoxilo de 1,2,3,o 4átomos de C, en la que los grupos alquilo y alcoxilo no están sustituidos o están independientemente sustituidos con 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,o 9 átomos de F; R2 y R3 son independientemente H, F, alquilo de 1,2 o 3 átomos de C, alcoxilo de 1,2, o 3 átomos de C o OH, en la que los grupo alquilo y alcoxilo no están sustituidos o están independientemente sustituidos con 1,2,3,4,5,6 o 7 átomos de F; R5 es un grupo alquilo de 1,2,3,4 o 4 átomos de C, alquenilo de 2,3 o 4 átomos de C o cicloalquilo de 3,4, o5 átomos de C, en la que los grupos alquilo, alquenilo y cicloalquilo no están sustituidos o están sustituidos con 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 o.9 átomos de F; R6 y R7 son independientemente H, F, Cl, Br, alquilo de 1,2,3, o 4 átomos de C o alcoxilo de 1,2, o 3, átomos de C, en la que los grupos alquilo y alcoxilo no están sustituidos o están independientemente sustituidos con 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 o 9 átomos de F; y al menos uno de los dos radicales R6 o R7 no es H; y las sales farmacéuticamente aceptables y sus sales con ácido trifluoroacético.
