Abstract
Un método para situar un dispositivo de medición (20) que emite y recibe radiación óptica para medir el desgaste del revestimiento interior de un recipiente (10), donde dicho método incluye fijar sistemas de coordenadas (26, 36) para el dispositivo de medición (20) y el recipiente (10), combinar dichos sistemas de coordenadas, y determinar individualmente las posiciones de varias marcas de fijación específicas (41, 43, 45) en el sistema de coordenadas (20) del dispositivo de medición (20), donde cada una de dichas marcas de fijación ( 41, 43, 45) tiene una forma sustancialmente regular y donde la posición de las marcas de fijación se determina de la siguiente manera: a) desviar un haz de radiación óptica a través de una primera marca de fijación (41) en una primera y una segunda dirección que intersectan y determinar la posición del centro y de al menos dos bordes lineales de las mismas y crear un primer sistema de coordenadas transitorio (47) en base a la posición del centro y a las direcciones de dichos por lo menos dos bordes, b) buscar por lo menos dos marcas de fijación adicionales (43, 45) y determinar la posición de los centros de las mismas en base al primer sistema de coordenadas transitorio, c) definir el sistema de coordenadas (36) del recipiente (10) en base a las posiciones de los centros de dichas marcas de fijación, (41, 43, 45).
