Abstract
"MéTODO PARA POSICIONAR UM DISPOSITIVO DE MEDIçãO QUE EMITE E RECEBE RADIAçãO óPTICA PARA MEDIR DESGASTE DO REVESTIMENTO DE UM RECIPIENTE". A presente invenção diz respeito a um método para posicionar um dispositivo de medição que emite e recebe radiação óptica para medir desgaste no revestimento de um recipiente, o dito método envolvendo sistemas de coordenadas de fixação para o dispositivo de medição e o recipiente, combinando esses sistemas de coordenadas, e determinando individualmente a posição de uma pluralidade de marcas de fixação específicas no sistema de coordenadas do dispositivo de medição, em que cada uma das ditas marcas de fixação tem forma substancialmente regular, em que a posição das marcas de fixação são determinadas: (a) defletindo um feixe de radiação óptica através de uma primeira marca de fixação na primeira e segunda direções de interseção e determinando a posição do centro e pelo menos duas bordas, (b) pesquisar, com base no sistema de coordenadas temporário, pelo menos duas marcas de fixação adicionais e determinando o centro das mesmas, (c) definindo, com base nas posições de centro das ditas marcas de fixação, o sistema de coordenadas do recipiente.
