Abstract

Una composición de catalizador para deshidrogenación calcinado que tiene hierro y potasio soportados en alúmina tiene selectividad mejorada en una conversión dada de hidrocarburo mediante la adición de iones metálicos seleccionados a partir de indio, cerio, sodio, molibdeno y tungsteno. Se proporciona también un proceso para preparar el catalizador y para deshidrogenar compuestos de hidrocarburo alquilaromático.
