Abstract
Un método, sistema y componentes para control de potencia de bucle externo particularmente útiles para servicios de datos de tiempo real/no real utilizan datos transmitidos en muchas ráfagas de corta duración, denominadas asignaciones Tem-DCH. Una métrica objetivo, preferentemente una SIR objetivo, es ajustada con diferentes niveles de paso ascendente y de paso descendente para converger en un nivel de estado relativamente estacionario de ajustes de métrica objetivo de paso ascendente y de paso descendente. La SIR objetivo inicial y el tamano de paso transitorio para un ajuste de SIR objetivo es determinado de una forma dinámica en el control de potencia de bucle externo para cada asignación Temp-DCH de datos en tiempo no real.
