Abstract
Un metodo, sistema y componentes para control (500) de potencia de bucle externo particularmente utiles para servicios de datos de tiempo no real utilizan datos transmitidos en muchas rafagas de corta duracion, denominadas asignaciones Temp-DCH (509). Una metrica objetivo, preferiblemente una SIR (502) objetivo, es ajustada con diferentes niveles de paso ascendente y de paso descendente de ajustes de metrica objetivo. La SIR (502) objetivo inicial y el tamano de paso transitorio para un ajuste de SIR (505-507) objetivo es determinado de una forma dinamica en el control de potencia de bucle externo para cada asignacion (509) Temp-DCH de datos en tiempo no real.
