Abstract

Se describe un sistema y un procedimiento para un tensor (14) para correa de transmisión sinfín (12) en un motor. El sistema y el procedimiento comprenden una polea de aparato alternador, generador y arrancador (AGA) (16) y una polea cigüenal (18), acopladas a la correa, operando una de las poleas de aparato alternador, generador y arrancador (AGA) y polea de cigüenal como polea impulsora que acciona a la correa de manera que se forma un ramal tenso (24, 122) y un ramal flojo (22, 124) en la correa (12) por lados opuestos de la polea impulsora (16, 18). El sistema y el procedimiento también comprenden poleas de accesorio (20) acopladas a la correa (12). El tensor (14) comprende primer y segundo brazos (32, 34), cada uno vinculado rotativamente a una polea (33, 35), estando las poleas posicionadas de manera que una primera polea a dichas poleas está acoplada al ramal tenso y una segunda polea de dichas poleas está acoplada al ramal flojo.
