Abstract
La presente se relaciona con un procedimiento de fundición para obtener piezas provistas de cavidades interiores precisas, cuyas cavidades se obtienen colocando dentro de un molde o coquilla, destinados a recibir el metal fundido, uno o más machos hechos de arena u otro material, y en el cual se utiliza un macho principal, realizado en un caja de machos especial, junto con uno o más machos secundarios destinados a estar relacionados con dicho macho principal, que comprende las siguientes etapas: revestimiento al menos de un macho secundario, solamente en las zonas y por el grosor del patrón con una capa de material destinado a disolverse en contacto con el metal fundido; inserción de los machos secundarios pre-revestidos dentro de una caja de machos principal aún por ser moldeada; moldeo de la caja de machos principal; e inserción del conjunto monolítico obtenido en la etapa anterior, que consiste en el macho principal, los machos secundarios y el material de revestimiento que los mantiene firmemente conectados, dentro del molde o coquilla destinado a recibir el metal fundido. Los machos a ser revestidos también pueden formarse por las inserciones huecas hechas de material resistente al calor, llenadas con resina polimerizada y arena, donde la cavidad represente al patrón del macho. Reivindicación 11: Caja de machos principal para el procedimiento de fundición de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 4-10, caracterizada porque solamente consiste en dos partes destinadas a ser cerradas una sobre la otra, por lo cual es libre de muescas y por consiguiente, de piezas móviles adaptadas a realizar el ahusamiento, y que muestra asientos e impresiones negativas (20', 20'') para recibir y bloquear en posición los machos secundarios pre-ensamblados con el material de revestimiento.
