Abstract

Junta de bolilla que emplea un perno de bolilla doble. Se provee un conjunto de rótula de dirección y junta de bolilla para un tractor en el cual el perno de bolilla tiene una porción de bolilla esférica y un par de pernos que se extienden opuestamente desde la misma para conectarse a la rótula de dirección. El perno de bolilla doble permite que el tamano total de los pernos de bolilla se reduzcan en comparación con un perno de bolilla que tiene un solo perno, acomodando aún las cargas aplicadas a la junta de bolilla por las ruedas frontales duales. Se usan juntas de bolilla para los tensores de dirección y los brazos de control de suspensión. La rótula de dirección tiene forma de batea para rodear las juntas de bolilla en su totalidad excepto en el lado interior de la rótula donde se conectan los brazos de dirección y suspensión. Esta protección de las juntas de bolilla protegen las juntas de bolilla contra polvo y suciedad, especialmente del barro y la suciedad arrojados por los neumáticos frontales.
