Abstract
Uso de sulfamatos de 2-alcoxiestrógeno de la fórmula general (1) donde R1 y R2 son independientemente entre sí H, metilo, C1-4-acilo, bencilo, R3 es C1-4-alquilo o un radical de la fórmula CnFmHo, donde n=1, 2, 3, 4, 5 o 6, m > 1 y m + o = 2n + 1, R4 y R5 son en cada caso H o juntos, un grupo metileno o una unión adicional, R6 es H, R7 es OH, O-C1-C4-alquilo, O-C1-11-acilo o OSO2NR1R2, donde en el anillo B- y C- de la estructura del esteroide las líneas de puntos pueden ser adicionalmente hasta dos uniones dobles, para la preparación de un medicamento para el tratamiento de enfermedades tumorales que pueden ser afectadas positivamente por la inhibición de la polimerización de tubulina. Los compuestos de la invención se caracterizan por la sustitución de 2-alcoxi en combinación con la sustitución de 17-hidroxi que tienen un efecto en la inhibición de la polimerización de tubulina y pueden usarse para el tratamiento de carcinomas de próstata. Y composiciones farmacéuticas de dichos compuestos.
