Abstract

Consiste en un laminador capaz de producir una plancha de masa continua de ancho completo que comprende al menos una palanquita vibradora provista con un borde puntiagudo o punta. Dicha punta se ubica cerca pero sin tocar la superficie del cilindro aplanador y desprende la pasta laminada del cilindro extrayendo planchas de pasta conformadas sobre la superficie cilíndrica del mismo. La vibración ultrasónica evita la acumulación de pasta en las palanquitas. La invención elimina la necesidad de utilizar alambres laminadores y sus correspondientes banda elásticas en tanto aumenta la producción de pasta de la laminadora.
