Abstract

Una película multicapa coextrusada para embalar productos frescos consiste en (1) una capa exterior de un terpolímero de etileno/propileno/4-8 alfa-olefin, (2) una capa intermedia conteniendo al menos uno de (a) 0-100% del terpolímero descrito en (1) y (b) 0-100% de una mezcla de (i') entre 99,5% y 95% de una composicion copolímera olefina hecha por polimerizacion secuencial en al menos dos etapas y (ii) entre 0,5% y 5% de un polietileno de baja densidad, caracterizado porque (a) + (b)=100%, y (3) una capa interior conteniendo al menos uno de (a) 0-100% de un copolímero de etileno y un alfa-olefin C4-8 hecha usando un catalizador de metaloceno y teniendo una densidad desde 0,89 hasta 0,91 g/cm3, y (b) 0-100% de la mezcla (b) descrita en la capa (2), caracterizada porque (a) + (b) = 100%. Las relaciones de los espesores de las capas y, cuando ambos componentes están presentes, la cantidad de cada polímero en las mezclas de las capas (2) y (3) pueden modificarse para adecuarse a la velocidad de transmision de gas del producto a ser empacado.
