Abstract
La presente se refiere a un aparato de mezclado y a un método para mezclar gas en un reactor de mezcla cerrado, que usa gas como un proceso químico de alta eficiencia y donde el contenido de los solidos pulverizados en la solucion es grande. La finalidad es obtener un flujo en el reactor que aspira gas de arriba de la superficie del líquido usando dispositivos de mezcla de rotacion en el centro reactor y mezclar dicho gas a través de la capacidad del reactor. El aparato de mezclado de la presente comprende al menos dos mezcladores ubicados en diferentes alturas, y en el mismo eje. El mezclador superior está equipado con una placa central adjunta al eje, con cuchillas internas esencialmente verticales que se levantan hacia arriba y hacia abajo en aletas externas dirigidas hacia fuera de la placa central que se inclinan de la horizontal. El mezclador más bajo está equipado con una placa central adjunta al eje con las cuchillas verticales ubicadas en el borde externo.
