Abstract

Se divulga un método para autenticar, por ejemplo, etiquetas de identificacion por radiofrecuencia (IDRF) que consiste en brindar una etiqueta IDRF provista de un bloque de seguridad almacenado, que se relaciona criptográficamente con la direccion de etiqueta, en obtener la direccion de etiqueta de la etiqueta, transformar criptográficamente al menos la direccion de etiqueta y un conjunto de datos privados para obtener un bloque de seguridad, y luego comparar ese bloque de seguridad con el bloque de seguridad almacenado. Si ambos bloques de seguridad coinciden, se puede presumir que la etiqueta es auténtica.
