Abstract
Un derivado heteroarilo que tiene la formula 1 cualquiera de sus enantiomeros o caulquier mezcla de los mismos, o una sal de adicion de ácido del mismo,donde X es -O-, -S- o -CR4R5- y Y es -CR6R7-, -CR6R7-CR8R9- o -CR6=R7- o bien X e Y juntos forman un grupo -CR4=CR5- o -CR4-CR6R7-, Z es -O- o -S-; W es N, C oCH, n es 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 o 10; m es 2 o 3; A es O o S, donde las líneas de puntos significan un enlace optativo, y R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7, R8 y R9son tal como figuran en la memor ia. Los compuestos son considerados utiles para el tratamiento de trastornos afectivos tales como el trastorno de ansiedadgeneralizada, trastorno de pánico, trastorno obsesivo compulsivo, depresion, fobia social y trastornos de la alimentacion, así c omo trastornos neurologicostales como la psicosis.
