Abstract
Dispositivo de control que tiene una palanca de control que puede moverse entre una posicion de velocidad mínima y posiciones de velocidad máxima. Undispositivo de control para una transmision variable infinitamente, incluye una palanca de control qu e puede moverse a lo largo de una ranura de guía y cuyaposicion en dicha ranura indica la velocidad y direccion comandadas. La palanca de control es movida hacia adelante desde una posicion de velocidad cero a unaposicion de máxima velocidad hacia de lante. Entre la posicion de velocidad cero y la posicion de velocidad máxima hacia delante se encuentra una posicion depunto de referencia que corresponde a una velocidad de punto de referencia. Un ajustador de velocidades de referencia, como por eje mplo un potenciometro,permite al conductor ajustar la velocidad de punto de referencia que es comandada cuando la palanca de control es colocada en la posicion de punto dereferencia. La velocidad para las posiciones de la palanca de control entre la posicion cero y la velocidad de punto de referencia varía de forma proporcionalentre cero y la velocidad de punto de referencia. De forma similar, la velocidad para las posiciones de la palanca de control entre la posicion de punto dereferencia y la posicion de velocidad máxima hacia adelante varía de forma proporcional entre la velocidad de punto de referencia y la velocidad máxima haciaadelante.
