Abstract

Un envase con pico vertedor inviolable y desplegable, para dispensar productos fluibles, tales como polvo y granos, definido por una caja de ladosparalelos , donde el pico está conformado en un vértice de la caja y delimitado por paredes laterales, s uperior y frontal de la misma. El envase estáconformado con una plantilla de material laminar. El pico es desplegable desde una posicion de cierre hacia una posicion de apertura de la caja y viceversa, ydefine un cierre de la boca de salida del produ cto contenido. La pared superior de la caja presenta una porcion laminar inclinada hacia abajo por medio deprimeros pliegues formados en las paredes laterales de dicha caja. El pico está definido en la pared frontal de la caja a partir de segundos pl iegues de lasparedes laterales y se proyecta hacia arriba desde una impronta transversal de articulacion inferior de la pared frontal, rematando en un borde superior fijadodesprendiblemente en la porcion inclinada por medio de una aleta de seguridad fijada con pegamento sobre la porcion inclinada. La aleta de seguridad incluyedebilitamientos para permitir el desprendimiento del pico. Opcionalmente, la aleta de seguridad también puede extenderse y pegarse sobre la pared superior dela caja. Los se gundos pliegues de las caras laterales de la caja incluyen porciones de induccion elástica del paso entre las posiciones plegada y desplegadadel pico, lo cual se logra por las relaciones angulares y geométricas de los segundos pliegues de las paredes laterales de la caja.
