Abstract

Se refiere a composiciones de células condrocitarias, en especial humanas, y también se refiere a métodos para su preparacion y a sus utilizaciones. Másparticularmente, describe la produccion de suspensiones de condrocitos humanos autologos, en la cual se utilizan enzimas recombinantes y/o medios compatiblescon un uso farmacéutico. Los condrocitos producidos pueden ser utilizados in vivo para restaurar estructuras cartilaginosas afectadas, tales como los defectoscartilaginosos post-traumáticoso la osteocondritris disecante de las rodillas o, en términos más generales, para el tratamiento y retencion de los defectossignificativos del cartílago, en especial de cartílago articular.
