Abstract
Se refiere a un método, mediante el cual el contenido de metal no ferroso de la escoria generada en la produccion de metales no ferrosos tales como cobre oníquel en un horno de fundicion por suspencion es reducida por medio de cargar el coque metalurgico, con un tamano que varía de 1-25mm, dentro del horno. Losdeflectores pueden ser ubicados desde el techo del horno hacia abajo, por medio del cual se evita que las partículas pequenas que contienen cobre y níquel seanarrastradas a la parte inferior del horno y sean vaciadas con la escoria. Los deflectores fuerzan que las partículas pequenas se dispongan en la zona dereduccion del horno.
