Abstract
Método para preparar un granulado efervescente que comprende, como ingrediente farmacologicamente activo, gluconato ferroso, y como sistema efervescente,ácido cítrico y bicarbonato de sodio, mediante granulacion en humedo en un granulador de lecho fluido, comprendiendo dicho método las fases de I) introduciruna mezcla que comprende gluconato ferroso, ácido cítrico y bicarbonato de sodio, en dicho granulador mientras éste es alimentado con un flujo de airecalentado a aproximadamente 70sC y que tiene una humedad <1,0 g/Kg: II) humedecer dicha mezcla mediante agua nebulizada cuando la misma ha alcanzado unatemperatura de 35sC aproximadamente; III) evaporar el agua de nebulizacion, manteniendo la temperatura de dicha mezcla sustancialmente constante a 35sC; IV)repetir las frases II y III hasta que se ha formado un granulado que tiene las características deseadas; y V) secar dicho granulado con aire calentado aaproximadamente 80sC hasta que su contenido de humedad de menor o igual a 0,5% en peso. Granulado así obtenido y comprimidos que la contienen.
