Abstract
En conocidas realizaciones de máquinas compresoras para medios compresibles los rotores helicoidales gemelos de una sola hélice trabajan con pasocontinuamente decreciente para lograr la compresion interna.En algunos casos se refuerza o se reemplazae ste efecto por la variacion de los perfiles frontales.La exigencia de bombas compactas con rotores lo más cortos posible, así como la exigencia - condicionada al proceso - de un desmontaje rápido de la cápsula confines de limpieza, imponenlimitacion es a los ángulos de entrelazado o bien a la variacion de los perfiles frontales, lo que nuevamente conduce a relaciones depaso extremas, o a insuficientes factores de compresion. La presente invencion soluciona estos problemas porutilizacion de roto res helicoidales (2) condesarrollo optimizado, no monotono, del paso (Delta W1, Delta W3), y con variacion opcional del perfil frontal a diámetros constantes. A igualdad de demandade espacio se mejora la capacidad de aspiraciony con solo cuatro ent relazados se logran sin esfuerzo factores de compresion de 3,0 y más. Las máquinascompresoras dotadas con estos rotores gemelos helicoidales ofrecen condiciones optimas en relacion con demanda de energía, temperatura, espacio yservice, conposibilida des de aplicacion en la química y en la técnica de semiconductores.
