Claims (5)
- 에어싸이클에 적용되는 공기 팽창기 설계방법에 있어서,회전되는 숫로터(10)의 외형을 임의적으로 선정하는 단계와,상기 숫로터(10)를 임의의 가상선(A)을 기준으로 2차원 평면으로 전개하고, 흡입행정이 시작되는 위치에 가상의 입구(31a)를 선정하는 단계와,상기 가상의 입구(31a)를 중심으로 하여 흡입행정이 끝난 시점까지 상기 로터를 회전시키는 단계와,상기 흡입행정이 완료된 숫로터(10)를 더 회전시켜 팽창이 완료되는 시점까지 상기 숫로터(10)를 회전시키고, 가상의 출구(32a)를 선정하는 단계와,상기 흡입행정과 팽창행정에 의해 선정된 체적에 의해 팽창비를 구하는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 팽창기 설계방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 숫로터(10)의 외형을 임의적으로 선정하는 단계는 외경(D), 높이(H) 및 나사산의 각도를 선정하도록 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 팽창기 설계방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가상의 출구(32a)를 선정하는 단계에서 상기 가상의 출구(32a)는 임의의 가상선(A)의 일측 단부에서 상기 숫로터(10)의 반경(R)만큼 이동되어진 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 팽창기 설계방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 팽창비를 구하는 단계는 공기를 이상기체로 가정하여 기체상태방정식에 의해 구하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 팽창기 설계방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 팽창비를 구하는 단계에서 상기 팽창비는 1.5 ~ 3.0의 값을 갖도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 팽창기 설계방법.
