Abstract
Un procedimiento para preparar derivados del ácido benzoico alquilados en posicion orto que responden a la formula (1) en donde A representa un resto dealquilo de 1 a 4 átomos de C, caracterizado porque se hace reaccionar un bromuro de arilo de lafo rmula (2) en donde A tiene el significado indicado para laformula (1) con un compuesto de organolitio secundario o terciario y con CO2. El empleo del ácido 4-cloro-2-metil-benzoico, preparado conforme al procedimientodescripto, como productointermed io en la síntesis de la N-diaminometilen-2-metil-(1-pirrolil)-5-metilsulfonil-benzamida y de la N-diaminometilen-2-metil-4,5-di-(metilsulfonil)-benzamida.
