Abstract

Un método para el maquinado electroquímico de una pieza de trabajo eléctricamente conductiva en un electrolito aplicando pulsos eléctrico entre la pieza detrabajo y el electrodo, uno o más pulsos de maquinado (MP) alternado con pulsos de voltaje (PP)para depositar capas de pasivado en la pieza de trabajo. Laamplitud de los pulsos de voltaje es ajustada durante un procedimiento de ajuste en el cual la amplitud de los pulsos de voltaje es aumentada gradualmentedesde cero al voltaje en el cual lapieza de trabajo comienza a disolver en el electrolito. Después de cada aumento de voltaje la resistencia del espacio entrela pieza de trabajo y el electrodo es medido. El valor del voltaje para la resistencia de espacio mayor es almacenado en una memoria y es usado más adelante enel maquinado. El lapso de tiempo de los pulsos de voltaje pueden ser divididos en porciones de tiempo (Dt) y para cada porcion de tiempo el voltaje es ajustadopara una resistencia de espacio máxima durante esa porcionde tiempo.
