Abstract
Filamento compuesto de alto contenido en nitrilo enla que los polímeros están dispuestos en una configuracion de tipo vaina/nucleo. Un polímero delfilamento compuesto consiste en un polímero de acrilonitrilo olefínicamente insaturado libre de solventes, libre de agua y procesable en fusion, y el otropolímero del filamento compuesto consiste en un polímero orgánico. Cualquiera de los polímeros puede ser empleado como componente de la vaina del nucleo delfilamento compuesto. El procedimiento comprende las etapas de: (1) preparar un polímero orgánico y un polímero acrilonitrilo olefínicamente insaturado libre desolventes, libre de agua y procesable en fusion; (2) extruir cada uno del polímero orgánico y el polímero de acrilonitrilo olefínicamente insaturado, donde latemperatura en las etapas de extrusion e hilado depende delas composiciones del polímero de la vaina y del polímero del nucleo, y (3) hilar cadaextrusionado polimérico para formar el filamento compuesto.
