Abstract
Un método para seleccionar una vid transgénica o un componente de la vid que tiene una resistencia aumentada a la enfermedad de fanleaf (hoja enabanico), el método incluye los pasos de: (a) transformar una célula de planta de uva con una molécula deácido nucleico de proteína de revestimiento delnepovirus de la uva o su fragmento que sea capaz de ser expresada en la célula de la planta; (b) regenerar una vid transgénica o el componente de vid de lacélula de la planta; y (c) seleccionar una vid transgénica o componente de vid que expresa, a un nivel bajo, a la molécula de ácido nucleico o su fragmento,donde el nivel bajo de expresion aumenta la resistencia de la vid transgénica o componente de la vid a la enfermedad de fanleaf (hoja en abanico). Lainvencion también se refiere a una molécula de ácido nucleico aislada que codifica a una proteína de revestimiento o su fragmento de una aislado de Genevade un virus de nepovirus de la vid. Y una célula transformada con un vector de expresionque comprende a una molécula de ácido nucleico aislada que codifica auna proteína recombinante que comprende a una secuencia de aminoácido que tiene la menos el 97% de identidad de aminoácido con respecto a la secuenciade amino ácido de la proteína de revestimiento del nepovirus de la vid del aislado Genevadel Nro. de Sec. ID: 2.
