Abstract
Un método de inyeccion de gas, un inyector de gas de cono y paso fino, y un reactor de suspension para una red de distribucion de gas que incluye unapluralidad de inyectores de gas acomodados horizontalmente por, y extendiéndose a través de, una placa en otros lados impermeables a gas y líquido. Losinyectores para llevar a cabo el método tienen un paso fino abierto en ambos extremos, con perforacion de reduccion de presion en un extremo el cual es elextremo de entrada y con el otro extremo que se abre adentro de un cono que se abre hacia arriba. Un medio de desviacion de flujo en los inyectores evita quelos solidos entren al paso fino y sean rozados por el chorro de gas de alta velocidad que sale de la perforacion adentro del paso fino. Se prefiere que losinyectores de gas no sobresalgan arriba de la superficie de la red y se elimina el espacio plano por medios tales como rellenos angulares, para evitaracumulacion de solidos en la parte superior de la red. UN bisel puede estarpresente en la juntura de la perforacion y el paso fino para evitar expansionirrestricta del chorro de gas que entra al paso fino. Esto es util para inyectar gas adentro de un reactor de suspension de síntesis de hidrocarburoreactivo, conrozamiento y desactivacion de catalizador reducidos.
