Abstract
Se revelan en la presente un tejido tramado al azar y un método para preparar un tejido tramado al azar nuevo de fibras superabsorbentes. Seextruye una solucion acuosa de un polímero precursor superabsorbente bajo condiciones definidas através de una pluralidad de orificios de matriz paraformar una pluralidad de líneas de hilos. Las líneas de hilos se atenuan con una fuente gaseosa primaria definida para formar una fibra bajo condicionescontroladas de turbulencia a macro escalay bajo condiciones suficientes para permitir que la viscosidad de cada línea de hilo, a medida que se alejadel orificio de la matriz y a lo largo de una distancia que no excederá los 8 cm, se incremente gradualmente a medida que aumenta ladistancia desde lamatriz, a la vez que mantiene sustancialmente la uniformidad de la viscosidad en la direccion radial, a una tasa lo suficiente como para proporcionarfibras que tienen la atenuacion y el diámetro de fibra promedio deseados sinque haya una rotura de fibras significativa. Las línea de hilos atenuadas sesecan con una fuente gaseosa secundaria definida. Las fibras resulantes se depositan aleatoriamente en una superficie foraminosa enmovimiento para formar un tejido sustancialmente uniforme.
