Abstract

Un proceso y un aparato para fabricar una tela de papel acortada. Una tela humeda, que se coloca en una tela de fabricar papel permeable al fluido, seprensa entre una primera y una segunda superficies de prensa contacta la tela humeda, y lasegund a superficie de prensa contacta la tela de fabricar papel.En el proceso continuo, las superficies de prensar, la tela humeda y la tela de fabricar papel se desplazan en direccion de la máquina. Bajo presion, por lomenos porcionesseleccionadas de la tela humeda se densifican y se adhieren a la primera superficie de prensar que se puede tratar con un adhesivo de rizar.La primera superficie se calienta para crear una diferencia de temperatura entre las dos superficies.La diferencia de t emperatura causa que el aguacontenida en la tela humeda se dezplace desde la tela humeda a dentro de la tela de fabricar papel, con lo cual se seca la tela humeda. Después de liberarla tela de la presion, la tela se acortamediante rizado o media nte la transferencia de la tela a una tela de trasnferencia que se desplaza máslentamente. La accion de rizar se realiza con una cuchilla de rizar yuxtapuesta con la superficie de rizar que tiene la tela adherida ala misma. Se puededeposita r un adhesivo de rizar sobre la superficie de rizar segun una configuracion predeterminada. La superficie de rizar puede comprender laprimera superficie de prensar. Opcionalmente, la tela se puede calandrar después de ser cortada.
