Abstract

Un proceso para preparar un compuesto tricíclico de la formula (I) que comprende: a) reaccionar una piridina bromo-sustiutida con una amina de laformula NHR5R6, b) reaccionar la amida resultante con un compuesto yodo-halometil-sustituido y c) ciclar el producto resultante, donde R, R1, R2, R3 yR4 son hidrogeno y halogeno independientemente, utiles para la preparacion de compuestos tricíclicos conocidos como antihistamínicos y como inhibidores de lafarmesilproteína transferasa (FT P); también se reivindica un compuesto intermediario iodosustituido de la etapa b) del proceso anterior y un procesopara prepararlo a partir del correspondiente compuesto intermediario.
