Abstract

Compuestos de formula (I) en la cual la línea punteada puede ser una ligadura adicional, G representa (II) en posicion 3 o 4, m = 2 a 4, Zrepresenta un átomo denitrogeno o un grupo -CH-, R1 y R2 representa cada uno, independientemente uno deotro, un átomo de hidrogeno o de halogeno, un grupoamino, hidroxi, nitro, ciano, (C1-C6)alquilo, (C1-C6)alcoxi, trifluorometilo, trifluorometoxi, -COOH, -COOR4, -CONH2, -CONHR4, -CONR4R5, -SR4, -SO2R4,-NHCOR4, -NHSO2R4, -N(R4)2, R3 representa un átomo de hidrogeno, un grupo (C1-C4)alquilo, -(CH2)7OH, -(CH2)pNH2, -(CH2)n COOH, -(CH2)nCOOR4, -CH2)nCN,-(CH2)n-tetrazolilo, -(CH2)nCONH2, -(CH2)nCONHOH, -(CH2)pSH, -(CH2)nSO3H, -(CH2)nSO2NH2, -(CH2)nSO2NHR4, -(CH2)nSO2NR4R5, -(CH2)nCONHR4, -(CH2)pNHSO2R4,-(CH2)pNHCOR4, -(CH2)pOCOR4, R4 y R5 son cada uno un grupo (C1-C4)alquilo, n=1 a 4, p=2 a 4 y A representa un grupo benzo eventualmente sustituido o unheterociclo sustituido o no. Aplicacion en terapéutica para la fabricacion de un medicamento util para el tratamiento y la prevencion de diversas formas de patologías, como las isquemias cardíaca, renal, ocular, cerebral, o de los miembros inferiores, la insuficiencia cardíaca, el infarto de miocardio, elangor, las trombosis (solas o asociadas con la trombolisis), las arteritis, la claudicacion intermitente, las restenosis luego de angioplastia y diferentesestados patologicos asociados con la ateroesclerosis, los trastornos de la microcirculacion o las disfunciones pulmonares. También util para eltratamiento y la prevencion de las hipertensiones arterial, venosa, pulmonar, portal, renal u ocular y de los vasoespasmos coronarios o periféricos.
