Abstract

Un procedimiento y una instalacion de regeneracion de aceites lubricantes usados con un porcentaje bajo de combustible, ácidos grasos yproductos clorados. Los aceites lubricantes usados son sometidos a las siguientes etapas segun este orden: adjuncion de bases fuertes en solucionacuosa con unas proporciones entre 0,5 y 3% de bases puras en masa de aceites usados, deshidratacion y extraccion de los hidrocarburos ligeros, extraccion yrecuperacion de gasoleo (stripping), extraccion de impurezas. Después de la etapa de deshidratacion y de extraccion de hidrocarburos ligeros, se efectuauna adjuncion complementaria de una base fuerte en solucion acuosa con unas proporciones entre 0,1 y 1% de bases puras en masa deaceites usados. Lasimpurezas de los aceites lubricantes usados así tratados quedan eliminadas por destilacion.
