Abstract
Proceso para preparar una espuma rígida y una espuma flexible de poliuretano haciendo reaccionar un poliisocianato y dos diferentes polioles encondiciones para formar la espuma, haciéndose reaccionar el poliisocianato con dichos poliolesen ausencia de compuestos que comprendan aminas primarias,secundarias o terciarias. Se obtienen espumas flexibles que no muestran ninguna temperatura de principal transicion vítrea-goma entre -100* C y +25* C.El proceso para preparar unaespu ma rígida comprende el paso de hacer reaccionar un poliisocianato (1), un poliéterpoliol (2) que tiene una cantidadde hidroxilo de por lo menos 150 mg KOH/g y una funcionalidad de hidroxilo nominal promedio de entre 2 y 8, unpoliéterp oliol (3) que tiene una cantidadde hidroxilo de entre 10 y menos de 150 mg KOH/g y una funcinalidad de hidroxilo nominal promedio de entre 2 y 6 y agua donde la cantidad depoliisocianato (1), poliol (2), poliol (3) y agua es de 55a 80, de 3 a 20, de 10 a 30 y 2 a 6 partes por peso respectivamente por 100 partes por peso depoliisocianato (1), poliol (2), poliol (3) y agua y donde la reaccion se lleva a cabo a un índice de isocianato de 102 a 200 y donde se hace reaccionaralpoliisocia nato con una o más composiciones isocianato reactivas que comprenden uno o más de los precedentemente mencionados poliol (2), poliol (3) y agua y nocomprende compuestos que tienen un átomo de nitrogeno primario, secundario oterciario. La espuma flexible se obtiene comprimiendo la espuma rígida.Composiciones de poliol son utilizadas en el proceso de obtencion de la espuma rígida y flexible.
