Abstract

Se trata de un procedimiento para preparar formas amorfas de compuesto de 2-fenil-3-benzoil-benzotiofenos de formula (I) en la que: R1 y R3 sonindependientemente hidrogeno, -CH3, -CO-(alquilo C1-C6), o -COAr, en el que Ar Es feniloopcionalment e sustituido; R2 se selecciona entre el grupo formadopor pirrolidinilo, hexametilenimino y piperidinilo; o una de sus sales o solvatos farmacéuticamente aceptable; que comprende preparar una solucion deuna forma cristalina de uncompuesto de f ormula (I) en un disolvente adecuado y a continuacion secar por pulverizacion dicha solucion pararecuperar una forma amorfa de un compuesto de formula (I).
