Abstract

La válvula de seguridad (1) que se usa por ejemplo en el recipiente plástico interno de un recipiente de paleta destinado al tranporte yalmacenamiento de líquidos consiste en una unidad de ventilación (2) y una unidad de venteo (3),inte gradas en una caja de válvula (4) conformada comotapón de rosca. Si cuando se retira líquido se produce una presión negativa en el recipiente interno del recipiente de paleta, la membrana de válvula (11)de la unidad de ventilación (2) seabre, de manera que entra aire en el recipiente en la dirección indicada con la flecha. La rigidez del plato deválvula (45) de la unidad de venteo (3) de la válvula de seguridad (1) está dimensionada de manera tal que se forma unasobrepresión de por ejemplo 80 mbaren el recipiente, gracias a la cual se estabiliza el recipiente. Al sobrepasar el límite de sobrepresión previsto dentro del recipiente se abreel plato de válvula (45), de manera que pueda salir aire ogas a través de la válvula de seguridad del recipiente en la dirección b.
