Abstract

Un condensador para sistemas de aire acondicionado para vehículos que incluye al menos una fila de tubos (12) montados a un paquete de aletassustancialmente planas (14) mediante expansión mecánica de los tubos(12) después que ellos han sido insertados dentro de las perforaciones alineadas(26) en las aletas (14). La separación (P) entre las aletas (14) a ambos extremos del paquete es menor que la separación entre las aletas (14) en laporción central (22) del paquete. El procedimiento incluye las etapas de : disponer un paquete de aletas con las mismas distribuidas con separaciónsustancialmente constante entre ellas teniendo dichas aletas perforaciones alineadas; insertar una pluralidad de tubos a través de dichasperforaciones;fijar los tubos al paquete de aletas mediante expansión mecánica de los tubos; reducir la separación de las aletas a ambos extremos del paquete aplicandosolicitaciones paralelas al eje de los tubos, y soldar los extremosde los tubos que proyectan del paquete de aletas a un par de colectores tubulares.
