Abstract

Se refiere a un accesorio para inserción dentro de una cavidad formada en tejido óseo y anclaje permanente a la misma. El accesorio comprende una piezaque tiene una superficie extrema de inserción y una superficie cilíndrica periférica provista de filetes de rosca, y una pluralidad de rebajos cortantesespaciados circunferencialmente, que están formados en una porción extrema delantera autoroscante de la superficie periférica roscada adyacente a dichasuperficie extrema de inserción yque desembocan axialmente a dicha superficie extrema de inserción. Una pluralidad de acanaladuras colectoras de tejidos ydistribuidoras de tejidos espaciadas circunferencialmente está formada en una porción posterior no auto-roscante de la superficie periférica roscada. Lasacanaladuras desembocan radialmente hacia afuera y están dispuestas por lo menos parcialmente en la dirección longitudinal de la pieza del accesorio, ycada acanaladura está, en el extremo delantero de la misma, conectactada a uno de dichos rebajos cortantes para juntar material óseo cortado y desprendidoproveniente del mismo y guiarlo radialmente hacia fuera de las acanaladuras para distribuir el material óseo cortado y desprendido circunferencialmentealrededor de la pared interna de la cavidad durante la inserción del accesorio.
