Description

Claims (10)
- 骨固着装置であって、
シャンク軸(14a)を有し、骨または脊椎に固着されるべきシャンク(14)、および頭部(16,160)を含む固着要素(13)と、
第1の終端(2)、第1の終端(2)に対向する第2の終端(3)、2つの終端を通過する長手方向軸(4)、長手方向軸(4)と同軸の内腔(5)、および、第2の終端(3)に隣接して前記頭部の区間(22,221)を受けるための第1の領域(7,70)を含み、ロッド(28)を受けるように第1の終端(2)から開始して第2の終端(3)の方に延在するU字型の凹部(8)をさらに含み、それによってU字型の凹部は第1の終端(2)の方へ延在する2つの自由な脚部(9,10)を含む受部(1,100)と、

- 頭部(16,160)は、シャンクを受けるための中空の内部(23)を有する、請求項1から3の1つに記載の骨固着要素。
- 頭部は、第1の終端(19)、第2の終端(20)、および第2の終端(20)に向けてテーパしてシャンクをクランプする部分(22,221)を有する、請求項1から4の1つに記載の骨固着要素。
