Abstract
Se trata de catalizadores calcinados para el craque de cargas de petróleo que tienen zeolitas cristalinas en una matriz óxidos inorgánicos y que contienemenos de alrededor de 75% de Na2=, entre 0,1 y 10% de P expresado como P2P5, cuyosespectros tienen picos de alrededor de 3735 1/cm cuando son tratados conpiridina y se analizan mediante FTIR. Un proceso para elaborar un catalizador FCC caracterizado por poseer una alta tolerancia a los metales contaminados queconsiste enproporcionar mic roesferas catalizadoras de quebrado fluído que contienen zolite Y en una matriz de óxido inorgánico y analizar 20 a 60% porpeso Al2O3 y analizar de 0,75% en peso de Na2O; impregnar el catalizador una solución de fosfato o deuna sal de fosfat o en una cantidad de modo tal que lasmicroesferas analizan 0,5 a 10% por peso P2O5 y calcinar las microesferas en ausencia de vapor a una temperatura sobre 1300°F y por debajo de 1600°F yrecuperar el producto que se caracterizapor un pico de 3867 1/cm es superior a aproximadamente 0,8
