Abstract
Nuevo inóculo para la administración a animales rumiantes tales como vacas u ovejas están provistos con el objeto de inmunizar los animales y disminuir laincidencia de abscesos hepáticos y morrina en las patas en los mismos en un aspecto. Lainv ención comprende una vacuna derivada de A. pyogenes que incluyeun producto de cultivo celular inactivado (por ejemplo sobrenadante elaborado por células) a partir de cultivo celular A. pyogenes en un portadorapropiado. Otro aspecto,la in vención se relaciona con una vacuna multivalente que incluye al menos un primer y segundo componentes bacterianos en unportador; el primer componente comprende un producto de cultivo celular inactivado de F. necrophorum. El inóculo dela pre sente invención encuentrautilidad particular en incidencias donde animales rumiantes son objeto particular a la infección A. pyogenes que conduce a abscesos hepáticos y/omorrina en patas, por ejemplo, donde los animales estánregularmente tr atados por un antibiótico o donde las vacas son alimentadas en una dieta concentradade contenido alto en granos.
