Abstract
To simply and surely stick a film on a substrate without dropping the film on the substrate although the film does not need the delicate, complicated control of suction holding force. Above the substrate 2, the film 1 is slanted, sucked, and held on the opposite surface side to a protective film 7 by a suction plate 33 and a tip suction plate 34. An adhesive tape 55 is stuck on the protective film 7, and the adhesive tape 55 is moved reversely at the tip of the film 1 to peel the tip of the protective film 7. A tip suction plate 34 is made to recede from the tip of the film. The tip of the film which peeled the tip of the protective film is joined to the tip of the substrate 2, and they are pressed by a press roller 46. The suction/holding of the film by the suction plate 33 is released. While the substrate 2 is moved with the tip side of the film 1 made a head, the protective film 7 is peeled by the movement of the adhesive tape 55, the film 1 is supplied to the substrate 2, and the film 1 is stuck on the substrate 2 by the press roller 46.
