Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve the cooling performance, by connecting thermo-sensors provided in a grain cooling apparatus with a cold air flow adjustment valve open-close apparatus.
CONSTITUTION: A cold wind from a cold wind generating apparatus 11 is introduced through a cold wind duct 25 into a grain cooler 6 to cool rice grains and then is discharged through a cold wind discharge duct 26 from suction fan 5. In this case, an air flow of the cold wind can be regulated such that the rice grain temperatures measured by thermo-sensors 9, 10 are introduced to an indication adjuster 2, and an open-close apparatus 3 such as a rotary solenoid or a reduction motor is driven in response to the measured temperatures to regulate the opening an air flow regulation valve 4. In this manner, the cold wind air flow can be adjusted to increase the stability of cooling action.
