Abstract
PURPOSE: To control the cold wind temperature without using mechanical means, by connecting thermo-sensors of a grain cooler with an air heating apparatus for regulating the temperature of a cold wind.
CONSTITUTION: A cold wind from a cold wind generating apparatus 11 is introduced through a cold wind duct 25 into a grain cooler 6 to cool rice grains and then is discharged thrugh a cold wind duct 26 from a suction fan 5. In this case, rice grain temperature and cold wind temperature passing through the cooler 1 are measured by thermo-sensors 10, 9, and then sent to an indication adjuster 2 to control a heater control apparatus 3 in response to these temperatures, and a heater 4 is switched on or off to control the air temperature which will be introduced into the cold wind generating apparatus 11. In such a construction, a satisfactory cooling effect can be obtained without resorting to mechanical action, and the present apparatus can be worked securely without troubles.
