Abstract

Pronalazak se odnosi na generator pare i postupak za sagorevanje mrkog uglja sa pepelom različitog sastava sa sadržajem alkalija od više od 2% u pepelu, a takodje i sa sadržajem alkalija manjim od 2% u pepelu. U tu svrhu se jedna od zagrevnih površina (12,13) postavljenih u odvodima (2,3) dimnih gasova priključenih vrtložnom sloju (6), uključuje po izboru preko blokirajućih spojnih cevovoda (43,44,45) kao ekonomajzer ili kao pregrejač. Uključivanje na režim ekonomajzera odabira se kada se za podešavanje niže temperature sloja (6) uslovljene gorivom od prvenstveno 730 do 760 C u vrtložnom sloju (6) recirkuliše prethodno odredjena količina dimnih gasova preko cevovoda (29) za recirkulaciju. Zagrevna površina (12,13) uklučuje se kao pregrejač, kada se za podešavanje više temperature sloja (6) uslovljene gorivom, od prvenstveno 820 do 830 C i sa sadržajem alkalija manje od 2% u vrtložnom sloju (6) recirkuliše manja količina dimnih gasova.
