Abstract
Predmet pronalaska je postupak za proizvodnju jedinjenja koja su bazirana na jednom ili više silikata alkalnih metala, kao što su Na i K i/ili zemno-alkalnih metala, kao što su Ca, Mg i/ili retkih zemalja, kao što je Ce, eventualno u obliku smeše silikata u kojoj su kombinovani zemno-alkalni metali, kao što je Ca, sa alkalnim metalom/metalima i retkom zemljom/retkim zemljama, putem konverzije silicijum dioksida i halogenida, a posebno jednog ili više hlorida ili sulfata ili nitrata pomenutih alkalnih metala i/ili pomenutih zemno-alkalnih metala, kao što su NaCl, KCl ili CeCl4. Toplota koja je potrebna za konverziju dobija se, bar delimično, pomoću jednog ili više uronjenih gorionika. Predmet pronalaska je takodje uredjaj za izvodjenje postupka i za njegovu primenu.[The invention concerns a method for making compounds based on silicate(s) of alkaline such as Na, K and/or of alkaline-earth such as MgO, CaO and/or of rare earths such as Ce, optionally in the form of mixed silicates combining those, by converting silica and halides, in particular chloride(s), or sulphates or nitrates of said alkalis and/or said rare earths and/or said alkaline-earths, such as NaCl, KCl, CeCl4. The thermal input required for the conversion is supplied, at least partly, by an immersed burner or burners. The invention also concerns an implementing device and the use thereof.
