Abstract
Postupak dobijanja zdrave kašaste hrane, naznačen time, što obuhvata fizičku obradu leguminoze boranije i soje, cvekle, karfiola, krompira, spanaća, šargarepe, mesa i jaja, usitnjavanjem do granulacije čiji je prečnik čestica <od 1 mm. do 1 mm., miksiranje do kašaste konzistencije uz dodatak brašna u maslacu od 2.5 do 2.8 mas.% u odnosu na ukupnu kolićnu smeše po tabeli 1a, dovodeći masu u kašasto stanje da volumen bude 15 mas. % manji od početnog, a sadrži 1,5 k.cal. po 1 ml hrane; kuvanje namirnica odvojeno po grupama, od 45 do 90 minuta; mešanje zajedno sa tečnošću u kojoj su se kuvale namirnice, uz dodatak mase miksovanog mleka, sira, jaja, šećera i meda, u autoklavu na temperaturi od 120В° stepeni Celzijusa, pod pritiskom od jedne atmosfere u trajanju od jednog sata. Prijava sadrži još 1 zavisni patentni zahtev.
