DERIVATI AMINOKISELINA, opisana su jedinjenja opšte formule u kojima; R1 predstavlja alkoksikarbonil, aralkoksikarbonil, alkanoil, aralkanoil, heterociklilkarbonil ili grupu formule R2 predstavlja alkil, cikloalkilalkil ili aralkil; R3 predstavlja vodonik i R4 predstavlja hidroksi ili R3 i R4 zajedno predstavljaju oko; R5 predstavlja alkoksikarbonil ili alkilkarbamoil; R6 i R7 zajedno predstavljaju trimetilen ili tetrametilen opciono supstituisan sa alkil grupom ili na susednim ugljenikovim atomima sa tetrametilen grupom; R8 predstavlja alkoksikarbonil, aralkoksikarbonil, alkanoil, aroil, aralkanoil ili heterociklilkarbonil; i R9 predstavlja alkil, cikloalkil, cikloalkilalkil, aralkil, cijanoalkil, karbamoilalkil, alkiltioalkil, alkoksialkil ili alkoksikarbonilalkil, i njihove farmaceutski prihvatljive adicione soli sa kisclinama onih jedinjenja formule I koja su bazna, i koja inhibiraju aspartil proteaze virusnog porekla i mogu se upotrebiti u formi medikamenata za profilaktiče svrhe ili za lečenje virusnih infekcija: Jedinjenja u pitanju se mogu dobiti primenom opšte poznatih metoda.AMINO ACID DERIVATIVES, compounds of general formula are described in which; R 1 represents alkoxycarbonyl, aralkoxycarbonyl, alkanoyl, aralkanoyl, heterocyclylcarbonyl or a group of formula R 2 represents alkyl, cycloalkylalkyl or aralkyl; R3 represents hydrogen and R4 represents hydroxy or R3 and R4 together represent about; R5 represents alkoxycarbonyl or alkylcarbamoyl; R6 and R7 together represent trimethylene or tetramethylene optionally substituted with an alkyl group or on adjacent carbon atoms with a tetramethylene group; R8 represents alkoxycarbonyl, aralkoxycarbonyl, alkanoyl, aroyl, aralkanoyl or heterocyclylcarbonyl; and R 9 represents alkyl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkylalkyl, aralkyl, cyanoalkyl, carbamoylalkyl, alkylthioalkyl, alkoxyalkyl or alkoxycarbonylalkyl, and their pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salts of those compounds of formula I which are basic and which can inhibit the virus drugs for prophylactic purposes or for the treatment of viral infections: The compounds in question can be obtained using generally known methods.
