Abstract
POSTUPAK ZA BELJENJE I UKLANJANJE LIGNINA IZ HEMIJSKIH PAPIRNIH KASA naznačen time, što se u prvoj fazi sirova kaša obradjuje gasovitim kiseonikom, pri čemu se obrada odvija pri pritisku od 20 do 1000 kPa, na temperaturi od 70-130В°C i u trajanju od 30 do 180 min, pri čemu se dodaje alkalno jedinjenje birano od hidroksida i karbonata alkalnih ili zemnoalkalnih metala, sa donjom graničnom pH vrednošću od 7, a masa korišćenih alkalija u odnosu na masu čvrstih sastojaka iznosi izmedju 0,5 i 4%, i što se u drugoj i trećoj fazi kaša dobijena u prvoj fazi obradjuje, po proizvoljnom redosledu, gasovitim ozonom, pri čemu se obrada ozonom vrši u prisustvu kiseline kao što je rastvor SO2 pri pH u opsegu od 0,5 do 5, u trajanju od 3 do 80 min, na temperaturi od 2 do 50В°C, a gustina u ovoj fazi obrade je od 0,4 do 45% mas. suve materije, i monopersumpornom kiselinom ili nekom od njenih soli, pri čemu se ta obrada vrši pri pH vrednosti od 0,5 pa do pH 12, u trajanju od 30 do 150 min i na temperaturi od 50 do 100В°C, a pri gustini kaše od 5 do 25% mas. suve materije. - Prijava sadrži još 9 zavisnih zahteva.
